NIPR PDB Report step by step tutorial
Read this first
Before you start, have these ready:
- Your last name (as it appears on your license)
- Your NPN (National Producer Number)
- A phone or computer with internet
The report is free — the total should show $0.00 at checkout.
It takes about 3 minutes start to finish.

1 Search "nipr license lookup" on Google and tap the NIPR result.

2 Tap "Start now" under Verify existing licenses.

3 Under Identify Licensee, choose "Individual."

4 Select "National Producer Number (NPN)," enter your Last Name and NPN, then check both boxes and tap Next.

5 On the menu, tap "Start."

6 For Product Type, select "PDB Detail Report."

7 Confirm the report price shows $0.00, then tap "Submit Request."

8 Read the disclaimer, check "I accept," then tap Next.

9 Review the $0.00 total and tap "Submit."

10 Tap "View Detail" to view and download your report, then send it over.

That’s it — you’re done.
