Bulk import from a CSV

Upload a CSV with columns for first name, last name, phone, email, role, password and Team ID — one row per person. Header names are matched loosely (e.g. "Email" or "Email Address" both work). Rows whose email already has an account are skipped and called out below, so it's safe to re-upload the same list after adding people manually.

Create Business Account

Create a company account and assign its branding and Team ID. Its employees see this name and these logos everywhere in the portals.

Employees will use this Team ID to join the company.
The logo with the company name in it. Used in the sidebar.
The logo on its own, no wording. Used where space is tight.
One person per line: Name | Role | Email | Phone. Phone can be left blank; keep the bars. Leave it empty and this company's employees are shown a "not set up yet" notice — they are never shown another company's staff.
The address employees are told to cc when they email a carrier a contracting request.
As it should appear on a carrier release form — the portal writes it into the Aetna template.
One hostname per line — a company can answer to as many as you like, and they all open this company's sign-in page. Hostname only, no https:// and no path; www. is matched either way, so write it however you like. Typing one here is not enough — each domain must also be added to this Netlify site and listed under Firebase → Authentication → Authorized domains. See the readme.
